Meters
Two limits gate usage: creation rate (new maps and audits per rolling 30 days) and storage (total stored maps).

Quick lookups count as map creations. Archive does not reset the rate window; it's UX cleanup only.
Seats
Studio and Flock & Atlas are billed per seat per month. Add seats from /settings/billing; new seats prorate from the day they're added through your renewal date.
Proration
- Plan upgrade: charged immediately at the prorated difference for the remaining cycle.
- Plan downgrade: takes effect at next renewal. No mid-cycle credit.
- Seat removal: credit applied to the next invoice.
Invoices
Every charge generates an invoice. View, download, or retry from /settings/billing. Failed charges retry for 14 days; after that the workspace pauses (read-only access remains; no new maps).
Cancellation
Cancel at /settings/billing. Access continues through the end of the paid cycle. Workspace data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted unless you re-subscribe.
